The Clutch Size Notebook Computers For The Fashionista

Hewlett Packard has done it again, this time combining fashion, work, entertainment, and class in its new mini-notebook computers. In collaboration with popular designer Vivienne Tam, Hewlett Packard has managed to wow both the fashion and the digital world with its latest edition of slim, and light mini-computers.

The HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition, commonly referred to as the "digital clutch" was debut at the New York Fashion Week as part of Tam’s spring 2010 collection. At first glance you wouldn't know that what you're looking at is a computer designed to look like a clutch.

Then there's the High Fashion HP Mini Notebook 1140NR Vivienne Tam Edition. This is an even more beautiful Clutch-size Peony Adorned Notebook. Talk about class, this version comes with the option for a matching bag/tote that allows you to carry your notebook around in style. It even has a matching scarf.

With their slim, colorful and stylish design, both versions are small enough to be mistaken for a ladies clutch, and that's the whole idea behind the irresistible look of the new Hewlett Packard Mini 1000 Vivienne Tam Edition. These computers are definitely a winner!

I personally believe that this is one smart business move by HP. Now, I don't know any tech savvy fashionista out there who wouldn't want to have one of these mini-gadgets. Every woman I know would love to have the one clutch that serves a lot of purpose. The "digital clutch" certainly fits the part. These mini-notebook's got all you need to help you stay connected.

What's In The Package?

Some of its features includes:

  • A built-in web-cam that doubles as an instant mirror - With this you can take snapshots, chat with your friends and family via the web, and also create and upload videos. And with a click you've got the mirror you need for a quick face touch-up.
  • HP Quick-Web - This is the instant-on software that makes networking and socializing a breeze. From tweeting, to listening to music, posting to your Face book account, sending email, and don't forget, shopping, the fashionista's pastime favorites, all in less time. And with up to 5.5 battery time, you'll have plenty of time to stay connected.

The HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition comes with 2GB of memory, up to 320 GB hard-drive options, and a 10.1-inch diagonal LED wide-screen display. Also included is Microsoft Windows® 7 Premium Operating System and automatic backup software.

The digital clutch may be small, but the keyboard isn't. It is 93 percent of the size of a standard notebook PC keyboard. Now, that's a good size for a clutch-size notebook.

The Cost?

For a mini-notebook that's so chic in both the design and versatility, it comes at a good price. The starting price of the HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition is currently around $699, now, that's not including the mouse. Mouse and other accessories (matching tote, scarf ets.) are sold separately.

Good hub, voted up. HPs are nice netbooks, but the thing is that netbooks are becoming a thing of the past. Perhaps they will come up with tablets for fashionistas in the near future? That would be interesting to see!

That would be interesting indeed.

Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read.

Wow, these are absolutely gorgeous. The seem a little pricey for what you get, though.

MsBizPro - It's true that they are ... yeah, a little pricey. But for the fashionistas out there, nothing is too pricey.
